Scrambled Eggs
This is an easy one. I feel a little silly even posting a recipe for
eggs, but a lot of people like my eggs. For all of those people, and
anyone else who is curious, this is how I make them taste so good.

Don't forget to curl your fingers
behind the knife for safety. |
Smash the garlic and peel off
the paper. |
Chop into rounds discs.

4 eggs
1/4 C half and half or milk 1/2 bell pepper 1/4 onion 1 clove
garlic salt and pepper |

Dice the garlic into
fine pieces. |
Crack four eggs, and add 1/4 C half and half because
why not? It makes the eggs really creamy. |
Whisk everything
together. |

On med heat,
saute the vegetables until soft. |
Add the eggs and
sprinkle with salt and pepper. Don't overcook the eggs or they become
tough. |
serve hot! |
